The Pennsylvania Autism Needs Assessment was a survey about the needs and experiences of individuals on the autism spectrum across the lifespan throughout Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Autism Needs Assessment was conducted from 2009 to 2010 and again from 2017 to 2018. Below are links to the surveys used for the Pennsylvania Autism Needs Assessment.
In 2018 the Pennsylvania Autism Needs Assessment was administered in two modules: a Caregiver Survey and an Individual Survey. The Caregiver Survey was completed by parents, caregivers, or other family members of autistic individuals of any age. The Individual Survey was completed by autistic adults who were over the age of 18. The surveys were distributed by mail on paper and available electronically to all individuals in Pennsylvania on the autism spectrum. Versions of this survey were also made available in Arabic, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Korean, Mandarin, Polish, Russian, and Vietnamese.
